Using BlueStacks

And where would one create an account for this very exclusive app so that one may get past the login screen and start standardizing and disseminating procedures for one's organization or have I completely missed something obvious? No mention of the word "Knowtorious" on developer's website either. I must be in the wrong place...oh well.
