Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FalconEyeZ Barcode Read/Create on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Barcode Creator
FalconEyeZ can create barcodes in the following format
*QR Codes
*Data Matrix
*Code 128
and to add a whole lot more pretty soon. It then will allow you to print the barcode in paper. To create a barcode simply type the content in the provided data input box and touch the relevant selection from the list at the bottom, then the app will convert the content into the type of barcode and display it at the top of the screen for you. Then touch the print button to print it to a paper once you connect your device to a printer. You need your own printer that is configured to work with your device in order for this to work.
Barcode Reader
The app reads barcodes using user phone/tablet's built in camera. It then shows you the content. This includes ID and Driver's license. FalconEyeZ reads the barcode printed at the back of the ID and will show you content including the age of holder. The app is tested with state of Washington ID/Driver's license. This is very important to business that sell tobacco and alcohol in order to stop minors from illegally buying those products. The app also allows user to store the ID info in the device so they can identify previous offender that is not allowed to comeback. This should be done in such a way that doesn't violate local and federal privacy laws.
