I was recommend this app, which is why I decided to download it, unfortunately I couldn't activate it so I came here to the reviews to see what I could do, however that didn't work either because you guys recommended I wrote you an email describing my situation but once I wrote your email bounced back, here's to hoping the 3rd time is a charm and this time you can actually help me, thanks.

The app doesn't work, it is a piece of something. The most buggy app I have ever seen in my life. Have installed and tried to use it on three different phones (android & iPhone), however have never been able to get food ordered. Fail.

If you are a foreigner in Panama, app doesn't accept foreign credit cards or phone numbers. But you only find this out at checkout. There are no explanations or error messages. Just won't complete the transaction. You only find this out after you contact customer support. Don't waste your time.

Impossible to activate the app. Have been trying all day Sunday and today (Monday) - I enter my mobile number, it tells me to enter a p in but I never receive it from ASAP. Tried the Llamame feature, nothing. The app is useless if one cannot activate it. Big tech issue there apparently.
