Muito ruim. Fui fazer um pedido de reembolso e aparecia só metade dos municípios do estado para dizer once ocorreu a consulta. Por sinal, minha cidade não constava. Então o.o não continuava ou citava outro munícipio. Pelo site também não dá certo. A Agemed pode até ter um bom plano de saúde, mas precisa urgente investir em TI.
