Once you get backup of any category you backup will be save in smsContactsBackup to according folder in your phone or sdcard memory. We uploaded that screenshots about folders copy that backup file from relevant folder and save it some else (like in your computer or USB etc). If you phone need to complete format you will not lose backup files. Once if you want to get restore of that backup just keep that files in relevant folders that it.
