This app is excellent, probably the best 7-min android app in UI/UX terms. But for two major flaws. First is most plans require gym equipment. Yes - you can just select those plans that don't, but still - there should be an option to filter out any exercise that requires equipment. Also it requires you to log in with one of the big data companies - well, no.

The 1 thing I can say about these apps are, I'm actually sorry I was a little critical of them. I look in the mirror and all I see are results just from your free routines. Even if 1 can't buy upgrades,the free excersises still give people the opportunity to change their life in someway and maybe feel better about themselves and for that I commend you, & say that's better then all the money in the world. I sure like what I see from following these workouts. So much I'm thinking of upgrading. 👍

Good app and the workouts are definitely exhilarating and exhausting all single hours.i had no experience with this orgin in a indifferent manner the same realised that I am traveling on the same boat of persistence great app and my suggestion is toadd warm up exercises so it would be rather better for us users.thank you for this remarkable expedition.

Great workouts really gets you pumped ready for the day 💪 also like the fact you can design your own workouts... Really cool.. Just a quick thought tho could you add some boxing 🥊 in your apps as a addition to the spartan workouts.... Good cardio.... Cheers💪

Best so far. Would love to see more on biceps without, equipments. basically on push-ups. Hope the next update will bring more. Till then I am reserving that last star. Thanks.
