The reviews with one star are correct. Probally without a doubt the worst app I have installed. Worked for 2 weeks, now when logging in, unable to fetch information, Really???? Now I cannot even log into the website to view my routers info, says someone is already logged in as me, sure!!!! Have to reset the router to make it work again, this will be the last surfboard gateway I buy

There is absolutely no support from arris. 1. Unplug for 60 seconds and try again 2. Hold the reset button for 60 seconds and re-setup. These two steps is all they can do regardless of what issue you're having. I just need my gateway added to my acc. Regardless of call or chat support it's all they can do. Once they escalate their issues they go into the ether. They'll call back days and weeks later saying there's no update. Working in IT in a very comparable support department this is madness.

Worked, for a week. Hadn't changed anything but a password and suddenly the app won't recognize the modem anymore to control devices, yet I can see the network names and wired connection listed. Contacted support...a few times...and here I am still getting "can't connect your gateway to your account" It's fine, didn't need the parental controls anyway, and when I do, unplugging works I guess

You can change network name and password, but that's it. On login, app says it is unable to add Gateway to account. This results in not being able to see any devices connected to account and being unable to do anything with individual devices like parental controls or limiting screen time.

Does not work even uninstalling several times. I called tech support and they told me there problem was my cell phone. I have a new Samsung phone, it's not my phone. They were no help at all. I would give this app minus 100 if I could. Really bad customer support. And tell me, anyone out there, who develops an app that is not compatible with most cell phones. ... ughghghgh

Says devices are connected to the 2.4ghz network when they are not, also does not show firmware updates, just current version. Wifi signal considerably weaker than Comcast arris router I replaced.
