THIS is the ONE: If you're looking for a missed TEXT / MMS reminder- well, you've found it. Persistent Notifications are overlays. They'll be there until you delete. The coolest thing is a sideways scrolling swipe for viewing multiple items. It comes fully loaded with bells and whistles you can easily turn on/off. It's FREE for up to 3 apps, but all I wanted was missed SMS/MMS. Tried on CALLS, but it was tricky answering with the overlay. OREO 8 phone. Background battery use so far is 0m.
