It did work well, until about a month ago. However, the company seems to have went out of business, but not before charging me for another year of camera monitoring service. I have contacted their support email address (no number), but I have been ignored.

Customer service won't answer my emails (3). Camera works but stopped sending motion / sound detection to my phone via text. This makes the system all but worthless. Switched to Arlo Q.

Used to be great, but pretty sure they're on the way out. Customer support hasn't replied about my broken camera in over a month. Also get frequent disconnects, hiccups and lag. Wouldn't recommend at all unfortunately.

Think they have gone out of business, No replies to emails, and cannot renew my subscription. Cameras were unreliable anyway, Simplisafe more expensive but worth it.

App crashes a lot and lags even with perfect internet connection. Now I can't even connect green light keeps blinking. I would recommend staying away from this camera.
