An app (or any service) is as good as it's support. So, this app is not good - it's excellent. Jeff did an overnight fix for my fairly old KitKat device, so 5 star rating is the absolute minimum I can give. Keep up the good work!

Great app. It would also be great if a user could create their own pad and insert.

WILL NOT FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERNET, NOR WILL ANY OF THE FEW "VERNAM" CYPHER SCAM APPS. CLAIMS PASSIONATE ABOUT PRIVACY, & WARNS OF COPYING TO CLIPBOARD, BUT NO SCREENSHOT PROTECTION. NO AMOLED THEME. PASSIONATE? I CALL NSA/CIA BS. THERE ARE NO "VERNAM" CYPHER APPS THAT DECRYPT WITHOUT INTERNET. U SHOULD ASK WHY. why do ALL cyphers, EXCEPT "VERNAM" encrypt/decrypt WITHOUT INTERNET? IT'S CALLED A SERVER. IT READS TEXTS, & SENDS THEM BACK ENCRYPTED. LIKE A BANK TELLER, HER LIPS ARE SEALED.

Excellent app, happy to find a recently updated one time pad encryption app. Edit** I have received the update and being able to send via text solves the problem I had of not being able to choose the appropriate app, the app was installed, but it still wouldn't list when trying to send via file. Excellent project, I appreciate the reply with regards to the request, thank you!

About this app

Using this app, you can create and share secret keys that you can then use to encrypt and decrypt messages using the Vernam Cipher. This implementation acts as a one time pad as it discards the part of the key used to encrypt/decrypt messages.
