About this app

This app has two functions: the first compares prices per unit and the second calculates the final price after applying a percentage discount.
In the first function after introducing the price (€, $, £ ...) of two or more products and its amount in the same unit of measurement (kg, g, l, ml, m, mm ...), the app compares their quantities and indicates the most economical product or products in green.
Imagine which one is more worthwhile, buying 1 liter of juice for 5.00€ (product A) or 330 ml of identical juice for 1.32€ (product B)? In order to do the calculation, we have to introduce the quantity of the products in the same unit, so instead of introducing 1 liter of juice into product A we must introduce 1000 ml, (because 1 liter is equal to 1000 ml) and introduce 330 ml into product B so that they can be calculated in same measurement unit (ml). Then you see that the cheapest one is product B with a cost per unit (1 ml) of 0.004€, having product A a cost per unit (1 ml) of 0.005€.
In the second function, the discounted cost is calculated by introducing the percentage and the price.
