Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It handles geo alerts within a specified time frame, which is a feature that is harder to find among similar apps. My only suggestion would be to handle monthly repeats in addition to the already supported weekly.
