I like using this app to track my anxiety, and to identify possible triggers/trends. I also like seeing if a particular med or treatment is working or not. A bit of feedback: I wish that it was easier to log multiple meds at the same time, vs logging each one at a time. Plus I wish it were easier to delete meds I'm no longer taking, or altered the dose of. Just a couple of thoughts. Thanks! 🙂

I love this app! As someone who's spent time looking for the best mood trackers, this is definitely one of the best for anxiety. It's quick and easy to whip out your phone and spend a minute or two recording your anxiety. I highly suggest it if you're looking for something quick and easy to use. There is a premium version that comes with an analysis feature, but I don't use it Something I would improve: I would love it if the slider wasn't fixed on only four levels (none, mild, moderate, severe)

No other app like it. Worth the download. I wish they had a single button for yes no. Push it for yes and leave it blank for no. I also would like to customize what questions it asks, for instance being able to select a select amount of questions from a large list in the settings. This would be fine even if these options were behind the premium version. Great job guys behind the app. Keep updating it.

It's not a bad app, but it could also use improvements. My biggest gripe rn is that if I write over a certain amount of characters for notes in an anxiety log, it's cut off when I go to view it later. Now I don't think you should add a character limit, but you should add the ability to scroll to read all of the notes. Also a widget to directly add an anxiety or positivity log would be pretty cool

I really like this tracker and so does my therapist. I wish there was an easy way to create a printed report for your history that included the notes and a way to view history without having to edit it. Something happened in the last day to cause the little anxiety days to be red and the high anxiety days to be green. Not sure what is up with that.

The best solutions are the ones which are simple and effective. This app nails that and has been very useful for me to do a daily check-in on anxiety levels. In 30 seconds a day I'm able to maintain awareness and manage stress levels which is just what I needed! Also then you can do a bunch of other useful things too such as see history, track positivity or get insight from experts. I'd recommend this app for sure if you're working to understand your own stress and anxiety.
