I used this program briefly until I had an error, so I contacted support. 5.5 months after I logged my original ticket, a diagnosis has not been provided, nor a resolution. Each email to support took between 5 days and 45 days to be returned, I assume they have or are in the process of abandoning this product. Zdrive had a lot of promise because no other app worked with Zimbra in this unique way. The Zimbra 9+ roadmap has some exciting new mobile functionality, so that might be a medium-long term way around this problem with ZDrive. Unless the developer contacts me, then follows through with troubleshooting and provides findings, I have given up on this app. If a one star review meant "not fit for purpose" rather than "Hated it" that would be preferable.

Works fine to keep the briefcase in sync with my S6 and the only app that shows all additional folders, but completely makes the phone unusable when automatic backups are enabled, can't even unlock the phone. Also the user interface needs an update. And it's a long time ago this app has been updated which is not such a good service for an paid app.

Very nice but needs to maintain html formatting of zimbra documents in the briefcase!
