Like the promoted assests of this app, BUT it won't complete a task. I have 90 contacts I NEED to backup before I do a hard reset -- and THIS app seemed to have the ideal features (even, apparently, saving the backups to my Dropbox). However, as I've REPEATEDLY attempted to backup my contacts, it always freezes when it reaches 92% ... and 83/90 (which is only 7 shy of backing up my list). Very disappointing. Should have stuck with my Cheetah Mobile (CM), rather than wasting my time trying this app.

I have exported SMS now same file is not getting imported properly. Progress is fine during import & successfully completed but no new messages appear in SMS app.

Very poor UI! It doesn't say WHERE backup went. An ads covers an SMS (I think) address. VIEW doesn't work either.
