This is a Great App for quickly reverse engineering Radiators. I like that I can customize the report to my business to give a copy to my end user. Helps sell the job showing I put in the extra work. Highly recommend.

About this app

Used to Calculate BTUs from existing radiators, baseboard, panel rads, and convectors. Simply Enter a Job Name, set desired water temp, and start entering radiator Information. The app allows for easy sizing of existing Radiators to accurately calculate BTU load needed for a new boiler replacement. The app allows variables to see if the radiator size can handle a lower water temp and still heat the space. The app is also useful for reverse engineering the BTU’s given by the radiators in a room to replace with baseboard or panel radiators. The app allows for a PDF report of all the rooms entered that can be easily Re-Branded to your Company.

This version will allow you add up to 4 radiators and email 2 of those to yourself. This will allow you to test that the application will do what you need it to do. The Radiator Calculator is used to determine the EDR and BTU outputs for radiators within a home. The individual radiator values and the total EDR value can be emailed via your default email client. These applications are focused towards the HVAC industry.

New Update: we have been working on metric conversions for our friends across the pond! We have been working hard on adding updates tuning this from just a radiator calculator to a complete radiation calculator. you can now size and reverse engineer existing radiation to get BTU loads on rooms. You can also replace radiation with panel rads or baseboard so you know what sizes will need to go in the room. Already know the BTU load? you can now manually enter it and it will add panel rads or baseboard to the room based on desired water temp.

We listen to our feedback. feel free to email us with what you would like to see to make our apps better!
