When the app 1st came out, it was great. But now it straight trash, the featured tools is no longer working. Especially the lbs per 100 tab. Nothing pops up. I sent an email to company back in April 2019 and still no improvement. They did send me an email stating, "We are aware of the situation and are working with our partners to get the issue correct it and have it back up and running. Thank you for your understanding and patience." I need partial refund about now, it's been too long.

The app isnt working. The item no longer comes up and it doesnt give you the option to pick the item. Then it crashing due to it not working. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!
