The app matches its description. It does translate my speech and speaks out the translation for me. There is one little problem that I have to select the languages every time I start the app. It should remeber my last selection. Other than that It is one of the best translation apps that I have used so far

Pick up your phone tap the "Speech to Speech Translator" app, select the languages and start talking by tap the microphone icon. The app will listen to you and speak out the translation for you. Then tap the switch language button and let the phone listen to the other person. The app will speak out the translation into your language.
