Encrypted Digital Agenda allows you to keep all kinds of documents organized and encrypted in the mobile. These documents can be of all types: personal, professional and even files with passwords.

Encrypted Digital Agenda has intuitive menus based on Recycler view technology or expandable list view that allow access to encrypted documents stored in the app easily.

The document files are encrypted with the AES algorithm with a key that the user initially provides in the registration process. Registration is done locally. The key is not stored in this process in the mobile only the hash of the key. If the user forgets the key, he will lose his documents, so it is recommended to store the critical documents of the user on an external hard drive to the mobile.

When the user of the app selects the option "exit (encrypted files)" from the menu of the app in the different windows, the documents will remain secure in the mobile.

Steps to use the Digital Encrypted Agenda app:

1. Registration process: the user registers his password in local mode. (Menu> User registration). When doing the registration, all the previous stored information is deleted, files included.
2. Enter password and click “Authentication” button.
3. Enter documents and category: Choose category where to store the document and then press the "+" button to select the file to be stored from the contents of the mobile.
4. After repeating step 3 with all the documents to be stored, the user can view the documents using the left menu. You can select to view all the documents, view the documents by category or see a drop-down tree with the documents.
5. From any of the options to view the document, you can open the file as long as there is an application associated with it.
6. Once the app is used to manage the documents, you have to press the option “Exit (Encrypted Files)” present in the different menus of the app if you want to keep the files encrypted in the mobile.
7. It is also recommended to store all the user's critical files on an external hard drive
