language is set to English in XL app, but every text I receive about a promo is in Indonesia, the add screens on the app are indonesian... I cant understand any of it, so the advertisement is a waste of time for me to look at. Maybe advertise to me in English and I can see what you're constantly sending me text messages for.... Then you reply to me in indonesian... obviously did not understand what I'm talking about. The rating stays 1 star

Signal is often down. Application is often crashing. Taking too much storage. I'm more than disappointed UPDATE: it's been 3 times I'm having trouble with purchasing data package through the app. And the so called "MAYA CS" customer service is definitely the worst. It takes 2 days for me to talk about my issue but they're doing nothing, solvong nothing, offering nothing. Event to connect to MAYA is so hard, it keeps crashing. Idk what else to say. Down bad.

The application is very unclear. It's said my data package was up to 'this date', but suddenly it just stopped a day or two day before. Even without any notification message at all. It's also sometimes difficult to access the types of data packages in the application, like it's crashing.

In the past this app used to be very helpful. Nowadays I'm not even sure of its function. When I would like to update my data package through the app, also to get the promo offered, it always came out unsuccessful. Many times I tried the same thing but it came out the same. What's the use of offering promos and having an app when it won't work.

Bad, so much trouble, so much maintenence. I want to check my limit balance, just buffering, I change to WiFi and still buffering, then I logout, but when I login again the system said my sim card has not yet registered, it's kinda crazy when I was use this ±2years. And I try to login still can't login, I get offer to chat Maya via chat but the system again error, bad really bad service!!

My thought is either you are not serious building this app, or your team just sucks in making this. Make me considering to change provider cause i think you overcharge with so minimum effort.Often crash, very slow, always refresh. Bad customer service , not helpful ,options are not very comfortable too many nonsense back and forth silly choices. Cannot even download the invoice and customer service asking so many data even KTP just to get me invoice that i cant download from app. Trash
