Always stopping mid installation

Downloaded 5 times thinking it's my phone acting up but I can't even open. The app keeps stopping! Why isn't negative 1-5 stars an option. I'd give this app a -4 just for wasting time. By the graphics and looks of it would have been given a 4 star but let's invert that score to -4 *

Wow...I am very impressed by the work the developers have done now. They really deserve this five star from me. This app is really protective and with the backup if you ever forget your password, you don't need to worry about it all the time. This app also does not contain too many ads like the other apps out there....really appreciate in luv with this app now. My suggestion to make this app much better: take a pic of the people who try to get into ur phone. Luv it guys!!!

It used to work very well a few months back but i had mistakenly deleted the app, I've searched over and over to find back it back because it used to work perfectly but couldn't find it until about 3 weeks ago , but ever since I've installed it back it never work again. Wish they could work on it so it could work again, it doesn't even deserve a star cause it doesn't work any at all, so am gonna delete it again

The app keeps on crashing i couldn't even get inside the app and I don't even use a bad device...I'm using a Samsung note 9 and still keeps on crashing
