It is one of the pootest app i had downloaded & i am going to delete it. It can calculate emi only and its repayment schedule , which every bank provide at time of taking loan. It can't calculate reverse i.e. if other fields are given it can't calculate roi or any other field.

About this app

Its an application, which is used to calculate/give the details on the EMI and the Interest a person will be paying when he try to get a loan. It explains the things in detail both in table(gives detail about the principal and the interest user will be paying on the loan taken) and chart view(Pie chart showing how much percentage of interest and principal paid on the taken loan). Thus giving a right picture to the user on how much they will be paying when they go for a loan. Using this calculator user can calculate and can plan accordingly.

The best part of this application is its accuracy, its good user friendly and rich UI.

On clicking on the calculate button, a dialog containing the information about how much EMI the user has to pay for the entered loan amount for the entered interest and for the entered number of years will be shown.

On Clicking on the Chart, user will be seeing pie chart which will show how much principal amount the user has paid and how much interest the user has paid in the entire loan period for the taken loan on a particular interest. The best part in the chart is, user can place fingure on the chart and can revolve, by doing like this user can revolve the chart. its one of the good UI which is given till now. This is added just for good look and feel

On clicking on the Table button, user will be taken to the screen which will display the entire EMI the user will be paying for the loan amount taken for a particular number of period. This table contain columns namely MONTH, (tells which month the EMI is for), INTEREST(the Interest part in the EMI), PRINCIPAL(The principal part in the EMI) BALANCE(remaining principal balance amount).
