MPMRK is an app designed for anyone looking to record any event as it happens – with or without mobile service!
The app includes a powerful web portal for computer access, up to 10 free team members, reset facility to refresh and start again, Dashboard and powerful search engine, csv datafile download facility to customise reports and much more. And every time you save your record it is stamped with the date and time.
The app also has a handy reminder system – date, title and comment. The reminders appear every time you access the app and when you decide, mark as completed and they disappear from your list.
The app can deliver on multiple record values – dollars, dosages, temperatures, competition points and so on. It is all defined in how you set-up the record fields.
How does this work? Records are made-up of:
The Dashboard will display a summary of all records by Pocket and Note #1 or selection of either. To find specific records or a collection of records, go to the search engine and select from the drop-down fields, date range and/or by word.
Examples of users:
Mums and Dads - Children’s health, children’s school and sporting activities
Horse and pet/stud owners – competition points, health records, training schedules, expenses, sales
Contractors – record machinery servicing, jobs, quotes,
Not-for-profit organisations – record financial events as they happen including subscriptions, donations, fund raising events, cashbook money in and money out

The way the app works, is you decide how to create and group your records in the SETTINGS function.
There are three discretionary segments to the record call POCKET, NOTE #1 and NOTE #2. A formula function – simple plus and minus = balance, information only records and a comments field to make sure your record has an accurate description of what you are recording
POCKET could be NAMES eg Children’s names, horses’ names, pets, machinery regos or machinery descriptions, Cashbook etc
NOTE #1 could be the categories or grouping types eg HEALTH, SCHOOL, COMPETITION POINTS, EXPENSES, REVENUE etc
NOTE #2 is the detail eg DOCTORS VISITS, IOUs, TEACHER INTERVIEWS, HALTER IN HAND, NOVICE, ENTRY FEE $, DRENCH ml, VET VISITS,
Specific examples are detailed in the HELP Function
For example: if your child is feeling unwell and has a high temperature, you can create a record:
POCKET: child’s name,
NOTE #1: health, and
NOTE #2: temperature °C
Now enter value eg 38.2 as INFORMATION (INFO Action).
Add a COMMENT to describe other symptoms that may be happening then SAVE your record.
Go to the Search facility and select Child’s name and temperature °C and a display of all records will be presented in chronological order
Handy to monitor what is going on, or maybe do the same for medication when varied. Keep a record of any changes over time.
Now flip this to
Horse owners: competition points, etc. Use the Dashboard to track your performance points
Contractors: machinery, service records, hire, quotes $, hours worked etc
Not-for-profit organisations: Cashbook, Revenue $ and Expenses $
