This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Sprintbok : A tiny Agile project manager app on PC Windows and Mac.

Based on Scrum Agile framework, Sprintbok takes all the principles that are used today in software development and applies them to everyday tasks without losing the basic principles of scrum.
It can be used for various situations like: project management, software development, household management, workout tasks etc...
With easy-to-use interface and a Burndown Chart, now you can manage everything with maximum efficiency.

How-to

Create a project, put some tasks on it and try to finish all the tasks. To finish the tasks, you divide them in sprints which have to be finished in a certain time. You assign points to every task based on the difficulty.
Tasks go through 3 stages: queue, in progress, done. When the sprint is finished, all tasks should be on "done" stage (best scenario), if not, they will return to backlog.
At any time you can check at Burndown Chart to see how many points you got this sprint, how fast tasks get completed, how much you can do next time and so on. The greener the chart is the better. When the red line goes over the green line, tasks are being completed too slowly.
At the end of every sprint you learn a little bit more about your project and have an idea how fast you can finish it.
