It's not exactly what I wanted--a toggle button in the dropdown menu that I can place next to wifi toggle button. However, since it cuts out 3 steps to get to the data screen, its better than before. Thanks

I give full starts due to the fact many apps like this one it is hard to tell if the data function is off or not. This app will show you the data is turned off or has switched to wifi, by switching to the active icon. This app is real. So yep ! It works, each and every time.
