Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SIBODYWORKS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Rotonya Troup: Having chronic pain myself for yrs may have been the chief reason for getting into the business of massage.  After doing deep tissue massage for 20 yrs, I was introduced to connective tissue massage by a colleague .  I immediately noticed a difference in my body and the freedom I received from my pain.  I set on a journey to change my practice of massage through changes in my own body.  Now some 6 yrs later where most massage therapist have retired thru injury to their own bodies I'm just beginning a fabulous journey with no end in sight and feeling the freedom in my own body for the first time.

Structural Integration addresses the shortness in the Fascia tissues in the body due from injury, scar tissue, holding patterns, and other stresses that cause gravity to pull the body down.  the goal with SI is to lengthen the tissues and decompress the joints giving the body the ability to stand straighter and move more freely in the gravity field.

At SI BodyWorks, it is our goal to take you on a journey to freedom from pain and restrictions in your body and give you the tools to maintain your freedom.
