Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FIA Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

FÍA (Félag Íslenskra Atvinnuflugmanna) er eina stéttarfélag flugmanna á Íslandi. Það er opið og frjálst félag sem byggir á 60 ára starfi að öryggis- og kjaramálum atvinnuflugmanna. Félagar í FÍA eru yfir 600 og fjölgar stöðugt samfara því að flugfélögin auka við sína starfsemi.

FIA Mobile gerir flugmönnum kleift að koma skilaboðum til FÍA um hluti sem tengjast starfsumhverfi þeirra. Einnig mun FÍA á auðveldan hátt geta komið upplýsingum til félagsmanna eins og fundargerðum og um það sem framundan er í starfi félagsins.

Appið gagnast eingöngu meðlimum FÍA þar sem auðkenningar er þörf til að innskrá sig.


FIA is the only pilot union in Iceland. In it's 60 year history FIA foundation lies on its ongoing work for increased safety and better working environment for it's members. FIA members today are around 600 and continue to increase along with the growth of the Icelandic airline industry.

FIA Mobile enables pilots to communicate with FIA by submitting reports regarding their working environment, contacting fellow members and viewing information relayed to them by the union. Furthermore it allows FIA to communicate with it's members in a more efficient manner by submitting news, reports and announcing meetings and events ahead.

This app is intented for FIA members and requires authenticaiton to log in.
