This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Call Center Sperren on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Mit Hilfe der Anruf sperre kann der Nutzer selbst entscheiden, welche Teilnehmer von seinem Gerät aus zu erreichen sind und wer ihn kontaktieren darf.

Dafür ist eine Anruf sperre nützlich
Eine Anruf sperre kann man in beide Richtungen anlegen. Zum einen kann man festlegen, wen man selber mit einem Anruf erreichen kann: So hat man beispielsweise die Möglichkeit, Anrufe zu sperren, die ins Ausland gehen würden.

Zum anderen kann man auch eingehende Anrufer blockieren. Wenn ständig das gleiche Unternehmen anruft, um etwas zu verkaufen, oder das Call Center ihre Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme nicht aufgibt, kann das ziemlich nervig sein. Jedoch kann man ihm dank der Anruf sperre ganz einfach einen Riegel vorschieben.
Dabei hat man nicht nur die Möglichkeit, einzelne Nummern zu sperren, sondern kann auch Personengruppen oder sogar alle eingehende Anrufe blockieren.

Was hört der Anrufer bei Anruf sperre?
Was der gesperrte Anrufer bei einem Anruf hört, kommt auf den Provider an. So senden manche Anbieter direkt ein Besetztzeichen, bei anderen kommt eine Ansage, dass die gewählte Nummer nicht erreichbar ist.

So aktiviert man die Anruf sperre
Eine Anruf sperre kann man in den meisten Fällen über den Menüpunkt "BLOCKIERUNG" errichten.
Unter einem entsprechenden Punkt kann man die Nummer des unerwünschten Gesprächspartners eingeben, oder auch nur ein Teil dieser, sodass künftig alle Anrufe gesperrt werden, die diese Nummern Kombination aufweisen.

Möchte man nicht zehn Nummern einzeln sperren, so kann man für diese zuvor auch über das Telefonbuch eine Gruppe anlegen, welche man schließlich sperrt.

Alternativ kann man die Sperre auch über "+" einrichten.
Hat man sich beispielsweise vorgenommen, einen Tag lang mal niemanden anzurufen, so kann man mit der "ALLE ANRUFE" alle abgehenden Anrufe verhindern.
Möchte man im Urlaub nicht erreichbar sein, verhindert die "ALLE ANRUFE" alle eingehenden Anrufe.
