Open Applock and enter your password or pattern, follow the steps.

The second option : reset password

Then you can create your new password or pattern lock .

► How to change the theme or background of AppLock ?
Open AppLock PIN pad,Pattern lock.
Select Background from apps or you can also select from gallery.
