This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Shalartha on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

महाराष्ट्र हे भारतातील अत्यंत प्रगतीशील व पुरोगामी राज्य आहे. शिक्षण क्षेत्रात अत्यंत
क्रांतिकारक वाटचाल करून देखील महाराष्ट्राचा क्रमांक देशात तिसरा आहे. नवीन शैक्षणिक
धोरण येऊ घातलेले असताना शैक्षणिक क्षितिजावर संमिश्र स्थिती आहे. रोज सातत्याने इंग्रजी
माध्यमांच्या शाळांची भर पडत असताना मराठी शाळांना तीव्र स्पर्धेला सामोरे जावे लागत आहे.
काही मराठी शाळांना अस्तित्वासाठी झगडत असताना नव्याने निघणाऱ्या बहुतांश इंग्रजी
माध्यमांच्या शाळांचे दर्जात्मक गुणांकन चिंतनीय आहे. मराठी शाळांना गुणवंत शिक्षक संख्या
टिकवण्यासाठी कष्टावे लागतंय तर इंग्रजी शाळांना दर्जेदार शिक्षक मिळवण्यासाठी यातायात
करावी लागत आहे. या सर्व परिस्थितीवर मात करण्याचा एक मार्ग असू शकतो ते म्हणजे
माहिती तंत्रज्ञानाचा शिक्षणात समावेश! परंतु आम्ही शिवपीठ फौन्डेशन द्वारे दोन्ही माध्यमाच्या
सुमारे 500 शाळांचे सर्वेक्षण केले असता असे आढळून आले कि सुमारे 90 % शाळांची स्वतःची
Website नाही व जवळजवळ 99 % शाळांकडे स्वतःचे Android App नसल्याचे आढळून आले.
अमित कुलकर्णी यांनी त्यांच्या शिवपीठ फौन्डेशन या सामाजिक संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून शालार्थ हे
तंत्रज्ञानाने परिपूर्ण असे हक्काचे व्यासपीठ उपलब्ध करून दिले आहे. पहिल्या टप्प्यात शिवाजी
विद्यापीठाच्या परिक्षेत्रातील बिगर शासकीय 500 शाळांना शालार्थ च्या माध्यमातून स्वतःची
website देण्यात येणार आहे तसेच प्रत्येक शाळेला स्वतःच्या नावाचे Android App देण्यात
येणार आहे. Website च्या माध्यमातून प्रत्येक शाळेला स्वतःची गौरवगाथा आंतरराष्ट्रीय
स्तरावर मांडता येणार आहे. तर Android App च्या द्वारे आपल्या प्रत्येक पालकाशी थेट संपर्क
ठेवता येणार आहे.
दुसऱ्या टप्प्यात ज्या शाळांना सहभागी व्हावयाचे असेल त्यांनी shalartha@gmail.com वर
मागणी अर्ज पाठवावा.
