Manage your sandbag workouts with our FREE app that comes preloaded with 4 workouts, each less than 10 minutes in duration.

Our preloaded workouts are compromised of 7 different sandbag movements. But feel free to design your own custom workouts by adding any of the 28 separate exercises to your workout.

Sandbag training offers you one of the fastest ways to perform a full body workout in the privacy of your own home, or while traveling. A full body workout as short as 10 minutes stimulates your metabolism and initiates a fat-burning phase that can last more than 24 hours!

Keep track of your completed workouts with the Workout History calendar so that you can see at a glance whether you are meeting your fitness goals for the current month.

Use the Settings panel to optionally change the rest period between each exercise and the countdown time to exercise completion.

Half-time, exercise-ending and rest period audio notifications can be enabled/disabled as desired.

Forgot how a section of the app works? Simply click on the Reset Instructions tab and you'll be presented with overlay instructions for each screen you visit.

Last but not least, when you visit the Free Gifts tab you'll be presented with the option to download a slew of FREE health and fitness products from the maker of the app.
