I paid too much in the hope that this unit would work smoothly. NOT. The App loads on my old phone Note Edge in 2 seconds. But on my new Note 8 the blue circle runs for more than one minute after which it QUITS. on the Edge the App will not accept my password at all, and Forget password button does not work, leaving me out. Cannot use it after setup. A complete waste of money, no password entry, so useless, expensive paper weight.

The app tries to back up EVERY jpg file on your phone, whether it's a picture or some random image off a web page you happened to get downloaded on your phone. There is no way to identify your photo folder to eliminate the thousands of useless images. The app crashes on large files begging uploaded from the phone (think high def videos).

To many glitches! I dont know where to start. the companies communication is aweful. latest problem is the app shuts down right after booting up so now i cant do anything. I had such high hopes for this device!!

Somehow I have to run the app to make sync works. If I do not run it, no sync occurs.
