Booking is simple. Only a few steps.
1. Select a vehicle type
2. Select a drop-off location or more, You have 3 options:
- First option,
Using the Receiver’s Phone Number or Name to search for his/her drop-
off location. (For receivers that already had an account with Dumbo
Delivery), Our system will automatically use the receiver’s information
like Registered Drop-off Location, Name, and Phone Number, for the
Drop-off information. Easy!
No headache to enter address or select from map manually.
- Second option,
Select from your “Contacts”. You can Search and Save any user/receiver
to your Contacts. You can later select a receiver from your Contact with
just 1 click. Fast & Easy!
- Last option,
Enter a drop-off information like receiver’s name, phone number and
address, manually.
3. Finally, just click “Book Now”
You, the Sender, have an option to include shipment information or just
Click “Book now” or Schedule your delivery. (You will be able to see the
exact price and distance before You book.)

Reliable:
Keep track of your delivery process. Receive real-time delivery process update
notifications and real-time GPS tracking.
Proof of Delivery:
Get the receiver’s signature once the delivery is completed.
