How we got started: Founded BTR in 2012 after the passing of her mom from the battle of stage four breast cancer. With her heart postured towards business and hospitality in every aspect of the terms; Amanda Kidd has the vision to change the lives of many by giving back valuable time to those within the community.

Since opening 2014, BTR has connected with many community partners within the five Upper Shore counties of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We are actively seeking connections in the Mid-Shore and Lower Shore counties. We have worked diligently to create partnerships that would add value to our current services. It is our desire to offer our customers an experience that they thought could never afford or could only happen in their dreams.

​At BTR we believe that hospitality is more than an industry, it is a mindset. It is our desire to cultivate this mindset and assist the communities we serve, with making the various lifestyle adjustments that are needed or desired.

We offer a service that will help individuals not to feel guilty about taking a step back to rest and rely on something else to assist them at their most vulnerable moments or assist in prevention of burnout or experiencing the onset of stress-related illnesses. Our Hospitality Team is designed to do just that, by touching your heart and impacting your life through our hospitality and human connections.

We shop local first, supporting our local entrepreneur business owners. We look to support the economy from within the community, rather than resourcing out.
