every call i make customers complain that they cannot hear me and hang up some can varely hear some cant hear at all and i have optimal service both data and wifi. can't make appointments for this issue.

Awesome way for your employer to check your location and drain the battery
on your personal phone. Does a customer need to use the store phone? Guess
what? Since the company uses this app the customer gets to use your
personal phone! Yay! I'd definitely recommend this crappy app to anyone who
wants something to invade your privacy and and constantly drain your
battery. 10/10-ign.
