This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FTP Client/Server on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Anytime I click the back button the app crashes. And it doesn't connect to the server I have configured. WIll have to uninstall and look for something else.

Fairly decent ftp client. Still looking into it, I don't know how to transfer files, but when I find out how assuming it is a feature I'll change this to 5 stars

Doesn't seem to work. Will not connect to the server and just crashes when hitting the back button.
