Why do I pay for an app that plays adds? Will be asking Google for a refund. Every positive review on here is developer generated, all one word 5 star. This app is not worth it's mass in storage space

If RAM or memory cleaner apps are banned on Google, then why do I have them on my phone, which I downloaded from the Google Play store? The reason why such apps were banned is that of the advertisers using malware. CHOOSE better advertisers, or better programmers, or ask Google what you must do to get your app on the store.
