This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ACCloud on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Oh! My God...since changing and updating, this app is now completely USELESS. Have a fully functioning CCTV system and yet, this absolute pile of dung of an app, reports that the system is offline all the time. No matter how many times you start over and reset....TIP: FIRE THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE CHANGES AND GO BACK TO ADCLOUD because you lot have not got a clue....what is the point of having this app to monitor your CCTV when it NEVER WORKS PROPERLY...

Constant motion detection notifications (one per second) although motion detection set to lowest settings and push notifications to 10 mins. If you leave notifications for more then 1 hour, no recordings can be viewed on app although recorded on dvr. Cant view by playback says no recordings on this day, can only view via messages. Time and date on playback incorrect, doesnt match dvr. App complete waste of time!

A mind of its own... If you want stream live you can only watch it in "fluent" mode, if you try to use "clear" mode it stops independently from your WiFi strength, the app allowed me to stream in Clear mode only a few times... Same goes for ADCloud.

Good for home cctv. For whatever reason my system goes offline occasionally - but overall a decent app.

after all the poor reviews, why are none of these addressed, after it froze on first installation on reinstall it will not let me view in any orientation, when trying to view in portrait it goes to landscape and vice versa so am constantly trying to view with tablet at an angle also will only allow in fluent, come on app developer pull your finger out and make this work. Philex take note! Update after installing new app now works perfectly.

No matter what we do we can't get any notifications of activities on our camera's. We have to sit and look through everything instead of being told by push notifications that someone is on our property. One of the main reasons we brought this is to be notified immediately
