I have been using 3 cameras & a unopened spare. However, I took out SD card to view on my PC. I was shocked. The camera stop recording by itself & all files recorded previously had the same date. This date seemed to be from when the SD card was formatted. Therefore If something had happened & I need to go to a particular date you will have big problem. I've emailed Annke with problems before, this seemed to remain the same. The picture quality is very good, the functionality & security is poor

I get it running, it stops, no simple way to start back up. Instructions are nonexistent. Forgets my password. Will not pan/move regardless of what I do. Phone part of setup sucks battery. No icon on home screen available, must access through app store every time. One star because picture was acceptable during very brief time it worked as described. Update, Horrifying noise that increases in volume to ear splitting volumes when sound is on and my phone is connected to bluetooth speakers.

Better than some I've seen. But still poorly made. despite having a large microsd card in there, you can't tell it to store locally! it constantly tries to store to their cloud which is a chargeable service. I just want to save my cctv locally..... can't seem to do that and no way to contact them!

Really a horrible app and camera. I can rarely even connect to the camera when I am not in the same WiFi network, which is the whole point of a security camera. When I can connect, the pan/tilt button never responds, the live video feed is frozen or very behind, and to reset the password you have to go through a complicated process involving sending multiple screenshots to their support email. Also there is no motion detection alert. Oh, I forgot to mention their support team is also very unresponsive.

*update* Have worked with Annke customer services (Kate) who were incredibly responsive, and the issue has now been resolved. Back to 5 stars from me! Since the latest app update today, there seems to be a lot of Chinese writing popping up on the screen. Not sure whether to be concerned about this or not!

App is not compatible with Fire HD 10. Using Alexa skill, the video turns off after 30 minutes. Please make the actual Android app compatible with the Fire HD 10 tablet so users can view the live feed without the short time limitation. The EZVIZ Indoor Security camera and its Android app are apparently exactly like Annke Nova S and has both the Alexa skill and unlimited viewing via App...please do this with the Annke Nova S, thank you!
