Downloaded and installed the app release from 12/26/2023, and my phone would simply not stay connected with my new C1000 (had to delete the device, add, and pair again after any disconnect). But I updated to the new release from a few days ago, and it solved all my connection issues. Rock solid now, and the device reconnects without needing to delete and add again. Thanks for fix'in!

Simple clean app. Evidently WiFi and Bluetooth self disconnect to preserve unit power. Would be nice if app gave options when to disconnect or stay connected when being used as a UPS. Using UPS there's no need to auto disconnect. I love the C1000 as a UPS for my insulin cooler, gives some peace of mind to all the investments. Thanks Anker consider upgrading?? 🤗

The layout of the app is very simple and clean so it is super easy to use. My one and only suggestion (and I don't even know if this would be an app issue or cooler issue) is that if I turn the cooler off, eventually whenever I go to turn it back on it appears the cooler's Bluetooth is off. The app will search and search for the cooler until I turn Bluetooth back on by pressing the button on the cooler for 2 seconds. It would be nice if Bluetooth just stayed on.

Love My Everfrost 30 & Love the App! The Bluetooth connection does sever after a period of time and needs to be re-established. Easy to do. I am sure that it saves battery power on the cooler, so I don't mind at all. If the cooler somehow knew that it is connected to an external power source, Bluetooth on all of the time would be a nice feature. Otherwise I like it how it is. Thank you Anker for the great cooler and app.

Good app, easy to use Sometimes the app logs me out and I can't remember the password, kind of a hassle when that happens but my fault, I guess. Widgets for power stations would be great to have in the future

Good powerbank for s23ultra / tab s9ultra both charging at superfaat but the app let's it down a little, real-time temp on unit but not the app, a missed opportunity to shine the app unfortunately has less info than the units screen
