Just because my account is incomplete(steam user). I can not use this app at all. My question is then Ankama, could you please. Allow us to use authy or alternative, instead of this app? Since people are complaining to have isues and concern. Of losing their acces to their account, data info, account wiping and many unknown , and authy is known as a safer authorization app.

Ankama authenticator wiped my accounts. My fault that i didnt saved the code but still. Now all my accounts are inactive. I wont ask for support help because they always ask for personal information (driving license, passport ect.) I do not feel safe giving them details anymore, so i wont be playing this game ever again.
