I would like to clear some doubts regarding the app. 1. Which type residential is considered for a normal dwelling unit? 2. What all things are covered in external service connections and internal electrical fittings? (Is it about light and fan fixture and KSEB connection{external}) 3. How can i calculate the maintanence cost, like painting is not done yet- Should it be according to DSR or as tha valuers idea.? 4. Which cost index should be adopted as there is PAR 2020

Hi, the app is very useful and user friendly. But it uses PAR-2012 as base. I understand that PAR-2019 has already been out and the base rates has changed. Can you please do the needful. Great effort indeed.
