Quick and simple way to keep you focused on what is important to your future. A powerful mini program that helps keep you on track. Look at this way..it turns your " I should have dones" in your life; to: "I 'm glad I did!

FOLLOWUP 6/2/21 thx for reply regarding API requirements. Forgive my complaint /rant. Explanation makes sense but you should probably state that or use the ( ? ) convention where user taps icon for tooltip explanation.... It's a valid concern re: unethical methods used by LinkedIn & whatsapp where they suck up your entire phone book, vs just your own contact/permission to enable syncing to your Google drive.... ORIGINAL COMMENT: trick people into permission to access all their contacts.

It changed my life! A big picture view of what's important in life and lots of ways to schedule and track progress towards goals. Good tie in with calendar apps too. Good protection from data loss so I feel secure trusting it. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is the docs/help forum is thin, and there are a couple important features like scheduling a date on a goal, and reporting, that are not there. There are workarounds for that, but it takes extra effort and time. I'm very impressed and enjoy it!

Very good app. Some minor improvements would be awesome. 1. Report of achievements in a visually appealing graph, with percentage of ambitions, etc. 2.Add title to workodoro , which can also be captured in achievements as it relates to weekplan. Basically would be good to see how you are doing in relation to plans. 3. Don't see any reason to add my influence as once you out it in there doesn't seem to be any further relation to activities. Linking that, reporting or highlighting would help

App has potential. Navigation inside app is a extremely confusing and lacks explanation unless you have a month to figure it out. A help section or explanation of how to accomplish what the app is trying to do is sorely needed. Lacks common sense

Priority Matrix needs to be sortable by due date, else it is worthless. Given that it it a central part of the app, it limits the effectiveness of the app itself.

About this app

My Effectiveness Habits is an application to help you with your productivity.

Your can have your To Do tasks as a list, a checklist or a project. To do a task you can mark it as done. A goal usually consists of actions (To Do-s) to achieve it. You can mark a goal as done too. In the app you'll have your To Do tasks grouped by your life roles. Each role can have multiple goals.

Actions have reminders, recurrences, and due dates for your to-dos so that you don’t miss them.

You can prioritize your actions using 2x2 matrix (a.k.a. Eisenhower matrix).

Pomodoro will help you tackle procrastination.

Notes section is there to write down your notes and thoughts and ideas to use later.

Week planner to plan the week ahead helps you set priorities.

With the mission statement and writing down concerns into the circles of influence/concerns you understand better what you should concentrate on in your life, what is important for you.

You can use the app to do your grocery list, shopping list, daily to do list, schedule tasks, define goals and mission statement, circle out distracting stuff.
