Why does this app have sush an issue scanning package for customer pick up? It either complains and I have to enter numbers manually or it suddenly scans without showing it has accepted. It scans so fast on delivery that it is very strange for it to be different on pick up. Happy to provide a location for packages to be picked up in rural area.

Couldn't use app at all. Wouldn't let me log in. Kept getting error message that my email isn't associated with an Amazon account.

This app is a joke. A quick pop-up to an incorrect login, then to a "No cellular, no WiFi" error

I can't sign in the app. It keeps saying the email doesn't match the credentials. This app sucks

It won't even associate my Amazon account with Hub, and I've clearly been registered because I receive packages from the hub all the time

Never recognise barcodes. Slow response to taps, settings are inexistent
