Update: The app crashes and freezes almost every time I now use. It started happening with an update they made a month or so ago. Very sad since it was such a great app but it is now almost unusable. Amazing app! My life would not be the same without it. I'm an executive with a very busy day and Routinery helps me make sure I am consistent and taking daily steps towards my goals.

UPDATED REVIEW: This app is almost excellent but it has some crash issues whenever I go to the next task on a routine. I fixed this by reinstalling, but not before I lost my 657 day streak which I'm upset about. In addition, the subscription model is BS. I would gladly pay a $30 one time fee to unlock the app forever, but asking for a subscription makes no sense for such a simple app. Otherwise the app is very good, and I still recommend it even with the free version.

Ever since the latest update, it takes a VERY long time to open. Sometimes several minutes! Just shows the icon image, sits there & sits there. I swiped it out of the Recents page, force-stopped, cleared cache, & re-opened it... But it still sits there for a minute or more before it finally opens. Also since a few previous updates, the ongoing notification never goes away unless I Force-Close the app. Pressing Stop, Pause, or Skip does nothing.

The app is excellent and provides enormous utility for me. Seems to fit a lot of features into a non-overwhelming UI. I have left a poor review twice for this app. Both times, the developer resolved the bug and replied to my review with kindness. These updates brought the app from unusable (for me) to amazing. I've decided to resubscribe, and will simply report bugs and be more patient in the future - I have faith that issues will be addressed.

Love this app so much! Small gripe that has been happening for the last month or two: after I complete a routine, my pull-down notification bar will still show it as being "paused" on whichever item I last paused during the routine, even after I've moved past that and fully completed/selected Done, etc. I have to force close the app to get that to clear from my notifications. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue!

I really like the app for morning and evening routines, but the daytime routines just don't work for me. I am the type of person that likes to complete a task before moving on to the next, and I don't always have the same tasks to do each day. What would be really beneficial is if you could add a to do list feature to this app. Then I can do my morning and evening routines that are consistent, and check tasks off of a to do list during the day.
