Como usuario administrador de uso del programa dentro de una compañia deben mejorar el servicio a cliente (ya que mis usuarios me han reportado fallas a lo largo de meses) , tiempo de respuesta mayor a 15 dias en algunas acciones, en otras mayor a 30 dias, la aplicacion aun no se encuentra concluida, reportes no son efectivos para mas de 15 areas y no los da en un formato eficiente en excel y graficos variados, no se pueden borrar preguntas, el sistema no funciona igual para apple, android o sistemas operativos amazon. La aplicacion agiliza el proceso de auditoria, sin embargo falta mejorar la administracion antes y despues de una auditoria.
