This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Kalendo on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

With its simple design, Kalendo allows for students at Alpharetta High School to view the school's upcoming events. Designed with navigability in mind, it connects to the school's Google calendar and displays the events in three views: a today view, a list view, and a calendar view. Users can also choose to see various twitter feeds related to Alpharetta High School.

This application was developed for the Mobile Application Development competition at the 2015 FBLA National Leadership Conference by Katharine Nelson and Suraj Masand.
