Was frustrated by phone switching from LTE to EDGE randomly, totally disrupting data connection. This appears to have fixed the problem. It can be frustrating using the app to choose the right network combination; so many choices didn't allow both voice and data.

Actually works on Android 11. When I am near our hospital and Air Force Base 4G LTE is jammed. Hopefully it will continue to work.
