This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Ongoing Feedback on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Ongoing Feedback is a mobile application created to facilitate and promote the Feedback process between all employees and across all Alpek's business units.

With the application you will be able to:

- Give Feedback: choose competencies, assign a development level for each one and add comments that give value to your coworker's development.

- Request Feedback: send feedback requests for you or one of your subordinates by choosing the appropriate competencies that you consider will benefit you or your team.

- See your requests: check out your sent and received requests. You can also respond to the requests that were sent to you.

- Scan the QR Code from one of your coworkers to quickly give or request them Feedback!

This new version includes the following features
- Notifications: you will now receive notifications everytime you receive feedback or a feedback request.
- Multiple evaluators: you can now send feedback requests to multiple evaluators at once.
- No competencies: send feedback requests without choosing the competencies.

Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
