I am so dissapointed with this app... Since i am a fresher here in alorica,i am so excited to explore..I updated my avatar for so many times.I spent alot of credits because i thought maybe i just need to buy some more merchandise but even i almost got broke with my credits still my avatar did not change...i hate it!!...this is not reliable...

I was excited to explore the app after my Connect training, I was able to update my avitar my first time but then it crashed when updating the changes. After closing and reopening it crashed at the welcome screen, it crashes and gives a blank screen only. Closed, restarted still happening. Other reviews show others are experiencing this also. I'm looking forward to this being repaired so the app can be used.

Does anyone else have the white screen problem? First time I logged in it worked then the second day it I login then the app goes white and it's done this everyday since I first logged in I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping that helps

Having the same issues. I sent an email to the contact info. There was a number in the email for issues when it was announced. Anyone still have it? ... Or know what I'm talking about, lol!
